How does renting a boat work?
You can easily book your yacht or boat for charter online.During the booking process you determine the date and location.We will then contact you to discuss everything else with you.
Are children allowed on the boats?
Everyone is welcome on our yacht charters, big or small. Our boats are child-friendly and the floating Nautiboy platforms offer enough space to let off steam.
Our team also ensures that suitable life jackets are on board. A legal guardian must be present for children under the age of 10.
Please let us know if your child is under the age of 6 so that we can have special safety equipment on board.What happens if the weather is bad?
During the summer months it rarely happens that the weather in Ibiza is bad.Should this be the case, we will of course rebook your charter.
What does the price of my boat rental include?
The price of your charter includes the skipper/captain, as well as a minibar with drinks, towels, snorkeling equipment.
How do I cancel my boat rental?
In order for your booking to be confirmed, the charter must be paid in full. If you cannot start your charter and have to cancel it, the following conditions apply:
- Full refund: If you cancel more than 1 month before your charter, you will get your full money back.
- 75% refund : You cancel more than 20 days before the charter.
- 50% refund: You cancel more than 14 days before the event.
- No refund: the cancellation is made less than 14 days before.
If the weather is bad on the day of your yacht charter, you will get back the full amount of the deposit. This is the case when wind gusts exceed 25 knots (46km/h) or when it rains when your charter starts. Re-booking a yacht through the main agency does not entitle our customers to a refund if a charter has been cancelled . The general cancellation conditions apply here.How long is a boat rental trip, and when does it start?
A regular charter day at The Amenity Group is 8 hours long. You can schedule your charter between 10:00 a.m. (earliest start) and 10:00 p.m. (latest return to port). However, the exact times vary in spring and autumn. If the 8 hours have passed too quickly, you can stay longer on board in consultation with the staff and for a fee.
Are foods and beverages included in the boat rental price?
Each charter boat comes with soft drinks and refreshments. If you wish, you can order additional drinks or our delicious food boxes.
How do I pay for my boat rental?
To confirm your charter you must pay the full amount. You can use PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or your credit card. If you wish, you can pay the amount by bank transfer - but please arrange this with a sales manager beforehand so that the reservation can be extended until we have received payment. Tipping for our skippers is preferably due in cash at the end of the charter.
